Today we will make a very popular Indian Keto Recipe
Keto Paneer Tikka. Paneer = Indian Cheese
It a very delicious as well as healthy recipe
Let's start
In Step 1: We will cut Peppers, Paneer and Onion
I have taken colored peppers
will cut peppers into dices
Cut Paneer(Indian Cheese) into equal cubes
Try to cut these to approximately the same size
which will help these to get perfectly roasted
from all the sides

We will prepare the marinate in Step 2
Take 120g Greek Yogurt in a bowl
and add remaining spices
1/2 tbsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
Salt to taste, 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
Mix well
Now add all veggies & paneer to the mix
Mix carefully
So all these ingredients will get mix properly
It is a low carb recipe
Great option for Keto Diet snacks
and complete meal
Marinate for one hour in the refrigerator
In step 3, we will arrange
veggies and Paneer in satay sticks
Skewer peppers, onion, and paneer alternately
on skewers
Arrange these tightly, so these can
easily be turned
and roast
Heat-up the grill pan and grease with olive oil
Place these skewers in the pan
Let it cook over medium flame(heat)
Keep turning in between
So these will get roasted from four sides
let it cook till paneer is golden or slightly charred
Mostly we need to make adjustments with taste
whenever we follow some diet

Place it on a serving plate
Cut half onion into rings
Add chopped Coriander leaves, Salt
